ORDERING
You may order online, by fax or
by e-mail. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
All pieces are handmade and may have variations
in colors in color, shape and size. This is what makes them special. If you would like us to send you a photo
of the exact piece you will be purchasing, please let us know.
If you don't see exactly what you want online
please contact us. Not everything is shown online and we may have what you're looking for in our warehouse.
PAYMENT
We accept payment online through by major credit credit card through Paypal®.
Fax and e-mail orders may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or by check. Orders paid by check will be shipped after
the check has cleared.
SHIPPING
There is no charge for shipping via Fedex Ground within
the Continental U.S. That's right, it's FREE! (and insured, too) Expedited shipping can be arranged for
an additional charge. Please contact us.
PACKING
We take great care in packing
to minimize the risk of breakage. Each piece is individually bubble-wrapped and boxed within a shipping carton which
is lined with styrofoam sheets and filled with styrofoam peanuts. We have been accused of "overpacking," but
we don't believe there is such a thing!
Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle the original boxes and packing
materials in which we received the merchandise from the artists. It's not always elegant, but we want to do
our small part to help the environment.
If breakage does occur during shipping, please contact us and we will make
appropriate arrangements.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason,
you may return it for a full refund or credit (less shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned
in its original or similar packing (double boxed) to ensure adequate protection against accidental breakage. Please
contact us before returning any merchandise and we will arrange for pick-up.
