 The husband and wife team of Horia and Carmen trained at the Fine Arts Academy of Bucharest. Their pieces are characterized
by strikingly beautiful and innovative combinations of colors and forms and include massive perfume bottles and
playful candlesticks, as well as vases, plates and bowls in a variety of original shapes and sizes. They create
their works at their workshop located next to their home on the outskirts of Bucharest. Puscariu's pieces
have been shown at exhibitions throughout Europe as well as in Japan. Each piece carries a signature that
combines the names "Horia" and "Carmen," reflecting the nature of each piece as a truly collaborative
endeavor.
